Cloud configuration data, if you use the sync feature, is stored on secure cloud infrastructure. Configuration entries are identified by a randomly generated token rather than any personal identifier. You may delete your cloud configuration at any time from within the client.

We retain server logs for a maximum of 30 days, after which they are automatically purged by our hosting provider. Support correspondence is retained for up to 12 months and then deleted unless required to resolve an ongoing dispute.
